Up to four 45-minute 1:1 sessions (typically 1x/week)
A follow-up summary email with reflections, suggestions, and supportive next steps from each session
One month of comprehensive whole-family support including voice memo support in-between sessions so you are never left spiraling
Initial Body-Based Baby Sleep Evaluation
screening for potential red flags
evaluation of daytime sleep rhythms and sleep “hygiene”
gentle assessment of circadian rhythm function
Personalized support based on your baby, your body, and your values
Emotional, nervous system, and intuitive support alongside sleep
Gentle guidance rooted in co-regulation, intuition, nurtured parenting, science, and ancient practices
