In 1:1 support, we focus on the mother–baby nervous system as a whole—not just sleep in isolation.

This Is a Good Fit If You:

What this includes

  • Up to four 45-minute 1:1 sessions (typically 1x/week)

  • A follow-up summary email with reflections, suggestions, and supportive next steps from each session

  • One month of comprehensive whole-family support including voice memo support in-between sessions so you are never left spiraling

  • Initial Body-Based Baby Sleep Evaluation

    • screening for potential red flags

    • evaluation of daytime sleep rhythms and sleep “hygiene”

    • gentle assessment of circadian rhythm function

  • Personalized support based on your baby, your body, and your values

  • Emotional, nervous system, and intuitive support alongside sleep

  • Gentle guidance rooted in co-regulation, intuition, nurtured parenting, science, and ancient practices

Format

  • Sessions held via video call

  • Asynchronous support between sessions

  • A no pressure space with baby (and kid(s) included)
