1:1 Integrative Mother–Baby Nervous System Support - Single Session Support
Gentle, integrative support for mothers and babies—beyond sleep.
This 1:1 session is a place to slow down and receive care as a whole human and a whole dyad. Rather than focusing on one symptom or concern in isolation, we tend to the physical, emotional, energetic, and nervous system layers of motherhood together.
This support is especially nourishing during postpartum, times of transition, or moments when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
A space to share what’s heavy.
A space to be held and guided back into your body.
A space to feel supported—without needing to be “fixed.”

Somatic practices, breathwork, guided meditation, and nervous system regulation tools as appropriate
One-on-one holding and care—responsive to what is alive for you in the moment
Format
Sessions held via video call
A no-pressure space with baby (and kid(s)) included
Feeding, movement, rest, and emotional expression are always welcome
Approach
This work is gentle, responsive, trauma-informed, and deeply relational.
We support the mother–baby nervous system through:
co-regulation and nervous system safety
body-based and somatic awareness
breathwork and guided meditation
attunement to your rhythms and needs
honoring the mother as the anchor for regulation and safety
