This work is gentle, responsive, based in neuroscience and development, and deeply relational.
We support sleep through:
co-regulation and nervous system safety
attunement to your baby’s rhythms and cues
supporting the mother as the anchor for regulation
trust in your baby’s innate developmental wisdom
There is no sleep training, rigid scheduling, or forced separation—

Sustained, gently held support as things unfold in real time.
In 1:1 support, we focus on the mother–baby nervous system as a whole—not just sleep in isolation.

This container allows for real-time support, integration, and gentle guidance—meeting you where you are, week by week.

These gatherings are a place to slow down and arrive—together.
Each circle may include:

simple somatic practices to help the body soften and settle
shared presence and reflection
space to be witnessed without pressure or expectation
All practices are invitational and adaptable to real motherhood.

Sacred Nurturer: Embodied Motherhood explores motherhood as a sacred initiation: a process that can soften, awaken, and reshape us when we are properly supported. Through gentle teachings, trauma-informed practices, and embodied reflection, this class offers space to reconnect with your intuition, regulate your nervous system, and mother from presence rather than fear.
This is not about doing more or getting it “right.”
It’s about remembering who you are—and allowing motherhood to change you in ways that feel true, grounded, and alive.
